Can I create a presentation for free?
Yes! Under the Test Drive plan, you can create one presentation for free using Template #1 for residential, countryside, or commercial real estate (one per category).
It’s a great way to explore the platform’s features and capabilities before upgrading to a paid plan.
In what format can I download the finished presentation?
The finished presentation from Slide Estate can be downloaded in PDF format.
What are the requirements for photos to upload to a presentation?
The ideal photos for uploading to a presentation are high-quality photos with a minimum width of 1920 pixels. The file size should not exceed 8 MB. Supported image formats are JPG and PNG.
How can I share presentations with clients and colleagues?
You can share presentations in two ways:
Download and send PDF: Download the finished presentation in PDF format and send it in a way that suits you.
Use a link to the presentation: If you have the 'mini Zen' or 'Zen' tariff, or have a monthly subscription, you can share a direct link to the online presentation, in addition to the PDF file.
Can I edit the presentation after purchase?
Yes, after purchasing the presentation, you can edit it at any time. The online editor is always at your disposal, allowing you to make adjustments and changes to parameters, text, images, property cost, but within the scope of one real estate object.
Can I share presentations created online?
Yes, you can share presentations created online if you have purchased the "Mini Zen", "Zen" plan or have a monthly subscription on the Slide Estate service.
How can I customize templates to match the branding of my agency?
On the Slide Estate service, the following customization options for templates are available:
Change of color theme: You can modify the color scheme of the presentation theme from our catalog to match the corporate style of your real estate agency or company.
Logo Placement: There is an option to place your real estate agency's logo in the contact information or on any suitable slide of our templates.
For more personalized customization, the Exclusive Template service is offered:
* This service includes the development of a unique presentation or landing page design, fully meeting your requirements and branding style.
* The Exclusive Template is created based on your specifications, taking into account all wishes and necessary parameters of real estate objects.
* Once implemented, the template will be available only to your company or team.
* The service requires a minimum monthly subscription of $50,0/month.
* A unique presentation/landing page design will enhance client trust and make your agency stand out in the market.
The cost of developing and implementing an exclusive template depends on the complexity of the task and differs from the standard tariff grid.
Is it possible to rearrange slides in the templates?
Yes, of course, you can rearrange the slides. To do this, there are '⌵' (down) and '⌃' (up) buttons in the top right corner of the editor.
How can I add more photos to a template?
In all paid templates, there is the possibility to add an unlimited number of photo slides. In the editor, on the slides with photos in the top right corner, there is a '+' button, which adds a new slide with a photo.
I can't share a link to the created presentation!
Check Plan: Make sure you have purchased a plan that enables sharing presentation links (e.g. "Mini Zen", "Zen" or a Monthly Subscription).
Is it possible to create multiple presentations for different properties using one purchased template?
Unfortunately, no, according to the rules of the Presentation.realty service:
4.2.10. When using products and services, strictly adhere to the rule that states: 'One presentation template or landing page is exclusively used for one real estate object';
4.2.10.1. In case of detection of facts confirming that the presentation template or landing page is used to represent another real estate object, the moderation service has the full right to deny the user the download or provision of a link to the presentation/landing page for the new object. The user will be offered to make a repeat purchase of the presentation/landing for each additional real estate object.
Can I specify the price in US dollars or euros?
Yes, of course, it's possible. All our templates are universal, and you can specify the cost in any currency of the world.
Please advise - presentations can only be created for sales listings? Can I create one for a rental property and how?
All our templates are universal. When editing a template, on the status slide you can confidently change it to "For Rent". Additionally, you can also update the rental currency and add the rental term - "per day" or "per month".
Why are photos not uploading?
Try disabling the pop-up blocking feature in your browser settings, and after disabling it, clear your browser cache. We also recommend clearing your browser cache/using a different browser, or contacting us if all these steps do not help.
How do I download a presentation? Why does it just hang in drafts?
You can only download a presentation after purchasing a template. It will automatically appear in the "Finished Presentations" folder.
How do I make the cost 'Upon Request' in the presentation?
It's quite simple - in the price block, delete all numbers and the currency, and specify 'Upon Request' or 'Price Upon Request' in words.
